The HealthPal App is your official platform for managing HPS activities: subscribe to plans, track usage, update details, and monitor HPS Invest.
Quick access to coverage information and contribution history keeps you in control of your healthcare journey.
Your personalized dashboard gives you real-time access to insurance status and contribution history so you always know your coverage and savings.
How It Works
- Download and install the HealthPal App (or use the web version).
- Open the app and tap HPS / Insurance.
- Select your preferred HPS plan and complete the registration form.
- You will be contacted within 24 hours to finalize setup.
After approval, your dashboard will allow you to:
- Monitor plan usage
- Manage benefits
- Track and grow your HPS Invest
Account Activation
To activate your HPS account and unlock full access, fund it with the minimum activation deposit:
HPS Single Plan: Minimum activation deposit – ₦200
HPS Family & Friends Plan: Minimum activation deposit – ₦1,000
After activation, your HPS card becomes valid for partnered hospital visits and emergency care immediately.
